Data deletion instructions

W&T Planner (“the app”) is a private tool of Aleksei Tikhonov, individual entrepreneur (W&T Studio). It shows the owner the comments on his posts and the messages people send to his Instagram account in Direct, so he can answer them. The app has no user accounts for other people and does not use Facebook or Instagram Login for the public.

What the app may store about you

• If you wrote to @alex_tikh in Instagram Direct: your Instagram-scoped ID, username, the messages and attachments of that conversation and their time.
• If you commented on the owner’s posts on Instagram, YouTube or Telegram: your public name and the comment text.
• If you started one of the owner’s Telegram bots: your Telegram ID, username and name, and which materials the bot sent you.

How to delete it

1. Write to alextikhph@gmail.com with the subject “Data deletion” and your Instagram username (or Telegram username).
2. All messages, comments and records linked to you are deleted from the app’s server within 7 days, and you get a confirmation by e-mail.

Instagram Direct messages are also deleted automatically 90 days after the last message in a conversation. Deleting a message in Instagram itself removes it from the app at the next synchronisation.
