Terms of Service
Last updated: 9 October 2026
W&T Planner (“the app”) is a private tool operated by Aleksei Tikhonov, individual entrepreneur (W&T Studio), for planning and publishing his own content. Access is limited to the owner’s account; the app is not offered to other users.
Use of the app
- Content is published only to accounts the user owns and has connected, and only content the user prepared and scheduled.
- The user is responsible for the content and for complying with the rules of each platform.
- By using the app’s YouTube features you agree to be bound by the YouTube Terms of Service. The app uses YouTube API Services; see the Google Privacy Policy.
- By using the app’s TikTok features you agree to the TikTok Terms of Service and the Music Usage Confirmation; posts marked as branded content must follow the Branded Content Policy. Before each TikTok post the user chooses who can see it and whether comments, duets and stitches are allowed.
Connected accounts
Access to Google/YouTube, Instagram, TikTok, Telegram and VKontakte is granted through the platforms’ official authorisation and can be revoked at any time in the app’s settings or in the platform’s own account settings. How data is handled is described in the Privacy Policy.
No warranty
The app is provided “as is”. Publishing depends on the platforms’ APIs, which may change or be unavailable.
